Back to the grind. Sheaves are hoisted to the loft of the old barn at Uranienborg kongsgård, Ven, Scania in 1899.
It was founded in 1576 by Tycho Brahe (1546-1601), a Danish nobleman and astronomer.
Like much of southern Sweden, Scania and the island Ven once belonged to Denmark. Ven has been a part of Sweden since 1660.
